We provide “Collections Throughout Florida.” For more than 35 years we have focused exclusively on contingent-fee debt collection. We handle claims in all phases of the process: before, during, and after suit or even when a lawsuit is never filed. We carefully choose the clients and cases we handle to ensure that we are able to do the best job possible: giving our complete effort every time, keeping our clients informed, learning from and being motivated by our rare losses, employing innovative and evolving litigation strategies, and utilizing cutting-edge technology.
